We hired this company in the fall of 2010 to redo two bathrooms. We moved into an older home with two grubby bathrooms that needed two new tubs, fixtures, some other upgrades. We simply could not be more pleased with the sales team and installation. The estimate was clear and comprehensive. The selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures was fantastic. Most importantly, our designer was understanding and NEVER ONCE pressured us to exceed our budget. She made helpful suggestions where we could cut costs in some areas to splurge in others. The installation was seamless. They started on Monday morning at 7AM and had both bathrooms gutted by 10AM. Garbage was picked up several times a day. The crew was polite and kept us informed. The work was finished by Thursday, keeping us (a family of 4 with two small children) without a bathtub for as short a time as possible. The tile work in particular was lovely. I would recommend this company highly to others. They are truly "one stop" shopping for bathrooms.

We hired this company on the recommendation of our next door neighbour, after getting a total of six quotes. We selected them because their price was very competitive (it was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive by far...) and their quote was all-inclusive. The estimator took the time to explain the different components of a roofing system, and did not try to "upsell" us on things that other companies called extras but that I knew were part and parcel of a job done right. Most of the other estimates were left on our doorstep without any explanation. On the day of the installation, a crew of 6 arrived at 7AM and had the roof stripped by 10:30. They were polite, hard-working, and the clean-up was excellent. The entire project, including clean-up, was finished by 5PM. The new roof looks amazing, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Dave Marcotte's crew is a class act. Last fall we got several estimates for two cracks that leaked occasionally and needed repairing. Dave's company was not the cheapest, but it was the most cost effective for the work that needed to be done and he was less than half what some of the big name companies were charging. At a time when I struggled to even get someone on the phone, Dave came out, explained his procedure and why the cracks needed to be repaired from the outside (not the inside, like the cheaper quotes said...). This spring we decided to go ahead with the repairs, which were completed within two weeks. Dave's crew was polite, clean, and hard working. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and I would recommend them to anyone. Kudos.
