John & Steve inspected my home today for my 1 year Tarion warranty. The inspection paid for itself within the first 5 minutes as they found some issues on the outside of the house I had never noticed that could have caused some significant damage. The next 2 hours and 55 minutes were not disappointing either as they found some serious structural issues in the basement. Excellent professional service all around. I highly recommend their inspection services!
