My AC died in the middle of a heat wave after almost 15 years service. The night the AC failed I caller Aire One Peel and someone called me back in approximately 45 minutes. The call back was music to my ears that night. The rep on the line told me a technician would be at my house at 8:00 am the next morning. The tech was right on time in the morning. After an assessment of my AC the tech showed me what the issue was and the freon gas had leaked out. The tech told me that gas was not available much anymore and new AC systems were using Puron gas. I was just starting to shop around for a new AC, furnace and humidefier. The timing was perfect. My new top of the line Carrier AC, furnace and humidifier was installed the following day. Just in time to get around the heat wave. The customer and after sale service at Aire one was amazing. Mario and Liz was so helpful and the technicians were skilled and knowledgeable. I am so happy I found the right company!
