Over priced door; hardware falling apart after 4 years only....
...just for a front door with all the hardware -awesome door; service was great. Door handle and hardware expansive let alone the door. It's only been 4 years; 2 adults living in the house. Door handle loosened up; discolored brass. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone; even if you leave messages. Finally selected 'calling for price quote' -then someone answered !!! got transferred to a person who said service call $120 -to come look at door handle (??!) * I hope they repair it; doubt they replace it.... Made appointment for today -well...no show; not even a call to let us know they aren't coming. Thanks Brock Doors -your service started off good; too bad your service calls on your "guaranteed products" aren't as great...just the trouble trying to reach someone to request for this service call should of been a sign that our aren't true to your words/service/guarantee. ** READ ALL FINE PRINTS before agreeing on their products --- like the $120 'service call fees'.
