I'm completely unhappy with my sofa. I had to wait over 3 months for it after I ordered it, it came very wrinkled after I paid for an upgraded fabric. The store took no responsibility for it, blaming it on the manufacturer. It's been about a year and the sofa is already sagging, and I found some protruding wires. I have to periodically iron the fabric. Bad quality service and product!
