Mike arrived on time, masked, and accompanied by a huge assortment of tools that could only have been assembled over a number of years. He also had adequate protective blankets and his own garbage bag. Clearly a total professional. He worked diligently for 2.5 hours and was not satisfied until the job was perfect. He cleaned up and left the area in perfect condition. All in all a positive experience!!
