We had some problems with 4-way switch and an outdoor outlet. I called Jordan, who answered without me having to leave a voice mail. I explained our problems and he promised to come out the next morning to take a look. He arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be done and we scheduled a time a few days later for him to return and complete the work. Again, Jordan arrived promptly, completed the work and charged a very reasonable fee. No hassle, great customer service.
