They arrived when they said they would, the plumber brought the necessary parts with him, the job was done quickly and efficiently. I have used them on several occasions and have always been happy with their work.
This company did a landscape reno for us a number of years ago. Their design ideas were great, they implemented it in a timely fashion, and the look was great. Unfortunately over time, and I am not sure whether this is as a result of workmanship or just weather conditions, a number of the stones shifted, moved out of place, sunk.
They didn't start when they said they would but I believe this was weather related. Once they did start the job, they completed it quickly and while I was initially worried about the mess, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The roofers were also very courteous.

The salesperson was informative. They delivered when they said they would. They set everything up, took away the old mattresses and box springs. The delivery men were polite, took off their shoes and cleaned everything up before they left.
