I bought a 3 pc sofa set from Bad boy Whitby location 2 years ago. I am having the same issue as the previous reviews. My sofa set is peeling off and I am told by their warranty department that it's not covered. It's a manufacturer detect and it has to be covered under warranty. They charged me over $300 for this 5 years extra coverage. I also have issue with Reclining and that's also declined. Stay away from purchasing anything from Bad boy. Very poor quality and worst customer service. I feel like I got ripped off. Currently stuck with this peeled off sofa set. Pure waste of my hard work earned money.
