Landlord

As a landlord, I paid to get my carpets cleaned. They are about 6 years old. The two rooms measured approx 10 by 12 feet each. The base price was quite reasonable, however there were upcharges to use a "stronger" product which they recommend, and to come in on the weekend - both of which are reasonable. They were in and out within 5-10 minutes. I'm quite skeptical of the job that was done. In my opinion, the carpet cleaning did not help in any way. None of the stains were removed. I was told it was discoloration that could not be changed and that I would have to change the carpets. I was told that the area around the 'discoloration' had been bleached by the sun, which is why the discoloration looked so bad. When I contacted the company, they did come back to inspect the job that was done. I very much appreciate that aspect. I'm told they tried to use more product to get the stains out, but it was to no avail. Overall I would not use their services again. Would have been cheaper (and perhaps) better to do it myself with a rental machine. Here is the finished product.
