We had a contractor(a really bad one) trying to install a security system in our house and partialky fell through the ceiling when he was in the attic. As the ceiling still had popcorn on it, I was worried it couldnt be matched. Bj explained that he would be able to match it and that we would be happy. He started his process, which ensures that your house does not get covered in dust. He draped the area in plastic, covered all our possessions and got to work. By the time he was done, there was almost nothing to clean. From looking at the ceiling you can't even tell where the damage was.
