I have never taken the time to submit a review of any company I’ve had the pleasure or misfortune to deal with. However, today I am making an exception as my recent experience with Bluenose Roofing and Siding warrants a 5-star rating to anyone looking for a company providing professional, courteous, and knowledgeable employees. I received a free estimate for roof repairs during COVID regulations which included not only an overview of the damage but also options for the best resolution. Installers arrived as scheduled and the yard area left clear of all debris upon completion. This job was being covered under an insurance claim for a product defect (original installation/product was not provided by Bluenose Roofing) so not only am I praising the Project Manager, and the installers but also Bluenose Roofing office personnel. They all went above and beyond to ensure the job met or exceeded the requirements of the insurance company and that I had all the documentation necessary to satisfy the claim. My thanks and gratitude to Bluenose Roofing’s staff for turning an unpleasant situation during difficult times a mere bump in the road.
