We just got our roof completed by Top Metal and are so happy with it. Due to Covid, it was delayed but understandable considering the constraints that Covid has presented as well as rain delays. Overall, the guys that came were professional, courteous, and did great work. They were meticulous and cleaned up at the end of each day. We don't necessarily have the easiest roof to work with as it has many hips and valleys on top of being steep, so we can appreciate the time they took to ensure that it was done properly. We've gotten many compliments from many of our family, friends and neighbours whom we've all strongly recommended Top Metal to. Thanks John and team, happy that we went with you and your company.

We've had Chris come in and help us in a jam multiple times over the years - at our rental and as well as our main residence. Chris is so easy to work with - not pushy and returns our calls quickly. Our heater died back in February and he came and installed a new heater within days. If that isn't customer service I don't know what is! We continue to call Chris as our go-to AC/Furnace guy as it doesn't get any better.

Throughout our whole experience - working with Tony and his team was so easy. Tony answered all of our questions and even gave his recommendations which helped us in making our decisions easier. (For us, this could be a daunting task as my husband is a perfectionist in terms of quality and precision). Tony came to do a free estimate and gave no pressure or was pushy (as we experienced with other companies). Once we agreed on a date, Tony and his team showed up on time and was ready to work. Our 30 year old gutters, soffits, and facias were all replaced in preparation of a new metal roof that will be getting done in the next few weeks. Once completed, they left the area CLEAN and I can't stress this enough, as our 30 year old gutters did leave a trail on it's way out. The fluidity of our interaction with them, the precision of their work and how they left the area when completed is what satisfied our needs as customers. We're very satisfied and have already recommended them to our neighbors, and family/friends.
