I made a horrible mistake and went with these guys to install my water heater. The installer came over and took about 4 hours longer to do the job than the estimate. The Intake and output exhaust pipes weren't level at the end of the job, so water builds up in the output, making the unit less efficient. The guy clipped a wire, so my backyard light didn't work anymore. He came back with his dad and fixed it, but they put up a cheap plastic panel in my garage ceiling to cover the octo box, but it keeps falling out, so now there's just a hole in my garage ceiling. WORST PART? THE UNIT IS LEAKING GAS, as the main gas line running to the unit wasn't put in at a proper angle. I've called them over a dozen times, but the operators are always busy and the voicemail box always full. Run from these people.
