garage and front door replacement
Ordered doors in April of 2019. Intallation in August. Installers did a terrible job and left without completing the work. A frame piece for the front door was installed in Oct. but it was was obvious to the installer that the piece was not suitable. Was promised they would make it right. This work was not completed until June 2020. Phone calls were never returned. Service was terrible.

I realize there were some issues that needed to be addressed but am surprised that you would write this on Homestar's when Albern has returned on many occasions to your home to make things right as promised.
