Disorganized- poor customer service- missing blind
Our experience with super shade has not been super. We’re still missing a blind from our order (they measured incorrectly) 3 months out. They got our address wrong... twice! Even after I called and corrected it. Each time there’s an issue they can’t find our file or account. It’s taken up a lot of time, energy and money dealing with super shade. And we’re still missing a blind.
