I was impressed with the attention to detail, their knowledge and the eduction they provided. They didnt just remove the nest, they talked to us on how to avoid this occurring in the future, what causes a nest to appear on our home. This was the second time weve had this problem, but first time Ive used PESTKO. I will be booking a proactive appointment for them to spray our home next spring. Merv was super responsive and realistic with when he could come by to fix our broken Dryer. From our initial contact, he was at our door 5 hours later, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Merv has straight forward and presented options. Simply put, he was fantastic. We will trust all our repairs with Merv moving forward.
