My Samsung washing machine electronic panel went on the fritz about 4 months ago. I was able to "fix" around it by turning off the circuit breaker for 30 minutes and restart it, but two weeks ago that stopped working and I needed it to be repaired ASAP because we have a front-line worker and two young children in the house! Compass Appliance Service contacted me very quickly through Homestars, and we had a service call within a day. Odean was the service tech and he went above and beyond getting the electronic panel we needed quickly. He was in and out of the house each time in under 30 minutes, was very courteous, and cleaned up when he was finished working. The price quoted was the price paid, with all information clearly shown as to what we were paying for with no hidden costs. The washing machine has run about 6 loads since last Monday when the machine was repaired and all works great. Thank you!
