Price wise they were the same as other companies. I liked their name so we went with them. They seemed professional enough with the measuring and all. When the counter came ,they installed it and I noticed the guys were trying to buff something out. Apparently there was a chip in the granite and they were trying to fill it in. They eventually ordered a new section after much discussion. They had also taken the template of my new sink to cut the hole out. Will my fault I guess, I never noticed until months later that the center of the sink did not match the center of my doors beneath it. How can somebody recommend a company that makes mistakes like this? They are the pros, they are supposed to know these things.

Parks was in the budget we were looking at, not a lot of selection but we did manage to find something. We were told 2 -3 weeks for delivery. Nothing at that time so we called them. Now we are looking at 7-8 weeks. Very disappointing

The reason we chose Speers Flooring was because of the great reviews on Homestars. The reviewers were correct, Speers did a terrific job. Andre was our installer, and did a great job and gave attention to fine detail. He asked us many times which way we preferred to have things done. Peter the owner kept in contact to ensure we were happy with the progress. We are very pleased with the company and highly recommend them.

Well, it's been over 3 months since we did our floor and we are still finding small slivers of empty spaces to fill with putty. Most of the install was done in the daytime, but the wood that was installed when the sun was going down and we had to use lamps to brighten the room, that was probably where most of the damaged wood got installed. A lot of edges came damaged so we had to inspect every piece of flooring, and that really slowed down the job, which meant extra cost for the floor nailer($100/day). I don't know about other types of floor product but you may want to ask the sales rep about how much of the flooring comes damaged and unusable. We did not, but were told to add 5% more because of waste cutoffs.

Had our shutters installed in about a half hour. We thought that was pretty quick, the installer must be good at his job. Later we inspected the work and noticed one shutter was installed crooked and the bay window shutters' corner mitres were open quite a bit. We called Home Depot and was told the company doing the work would call us back soon. Its been 3 days and still waiting to at least get a phone call back from the install company.

Do NOT use this company! We had our roof replaced by Heisler Roofing a few years ago. This roof came with a written 10 year warranty on workmanship. This year it started to leak. We had someone from our insurance company, as well as someone from a restoration company come and take a look. They both stated that our problem was due to poor workmanship by the company that did our roof. We called Heisler and told them that water was leaking into our house, ruining our drywall, carpeting, and our floor. They said no one could come right away due to illness but they would make a notation that we needed someone ASAP. That was 3 weeks ago. We have called them repeatedly, still nothing! We have left many messages with them, most of which were not returned. Twice we made an appointment with them to come and both times they neither called nor showed up. Our roof is still leaking and Heisler is still ignoring us.
