We like to go to the homeshows to find quality contractors with a reasonable price and compare between competitors. We liked what Hometech was offering and they were having a show discount. For $2500 we were going to get new patio doors with lifetime warranty on the product. When we were ready to do the install the price went up. Of we did not get anything in writing for the patio doors but since they had our information we figured they would honor their price but they said we took too long of time. So he said that he would do something for us. The price was discounted but instead of getting the lower quality we went with a higher quality choices and while waiting for the patio doors quote I wanted to know if they did custom insert windows in my front door. He said he would get them to measure it when they came and get back to me. They were so busy that we had to wait until fall (Sept to Oct) to get them installed. They were ready earlier than expected which was nice and even though no dates were set things worked out. When it came for them to come and install the doors we were not ready and they were very good about waiting for us to do some renos before they could come in. They were also very helpful about coming in and giving advice on what they want us to do with the renos so they could do the install with ease. They came out one day just for that reason. We were very happy about everything except for them not letting me know that they could not do the custom window insert as I had to call them and ask them whether they could or could not do the that part of our request. Thanks to you, Dave and your workers, Eugene, for doing a professional job. And thanks to your very special secretary, Bev.
