Meg in the Annex

We found Carrocel to take care of our beloved antique settee. The wood frame was terribly broken in many places and a claw foot was dangling from a fabric staple. it made us sad to look at it, but we were scared to hand it over to someone who might not love it as much as we did. John from Carrocel proved he was the man for the job from the very beginning. He and his team took incredible care every step of the way, from deconstruction to reparation to the beautiful finish. We are so pleased with the way our settee was returned to us. We can't recommend this company enough. They are truly the best at what they do.

I'm a stay at home mom with two kids under two. After being without my washer for a week and then being stood up by Sears only to be told they wouldn't be out for yet another week, I was at my wits end. I found Aubrey on Homestars and called him right away. He was at my house within 3 hours! He found the problem immediately (it shook the house due to a broken shock absorber), got the part the next morning and my washer was back to normal within 24 hours. He was incredibly professional, inspected the washer for further issues/damage and...took the time to show me the problem and the fix. Definitely satisfied. I think I spent less money than I would have with Sears - and absolutely saved a ton of time. There's no reason to call anyone else when you've got Aubrey.
