Water seepage into basement bedroom which was assessed by another company and reported possible blocked footing and damage to weeping tiles. Called Dave Marcotte Foundation for a second opinion. He arrived same day, sent a worker in to remove drywall and was able to pin point the problem. Cracks sealed the following Monday. Very quick follow up, and work is fast and efficient.
