While at 50yrs Dayton 500 with mates, wife calls basement flooded with sewage back-up. I arrived Monday Feb 19th make a "MayDay" call to the Town of Markham. Roy Gibson is on the job 45 minutes later. Based on his experience and eye to detail, IDs the problem 50 yr old tree next door. He snakes/cuts and as they term it in the industry, out came the "horses tail". I ask about having it inspected by video camara? Roy did not take advantage of the situation; he looked at me and says, " we can perform the service at a fee however,given the amount of roots that were removed he was comfortable & camara was not needed". He knew the situation did not take advantage (very rare & honest)! Thank you very much Sir Roy & see you in 2 yrs for preventative care!!
