This was the worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very unresponsive, never sticks to a schedule, and cancels last minute. Most importantly, the quality of their work is sub-standard. I now have to get another contractor to redo their work because it was done in an unsafe manner. Avoid at all costs. The owner, Diego, says in the below response that he is unaware of these allegations and will “legal action”. If any potential customer wants to reach to me I am happy to share pictures of his work and will share text messages to demonstrate that I am stating the truth. We eagerly await the “legal action” he has referenced.
