I called Peter about a problem with a broken 10 y.o. dishwasher. He accepted an appointment for that very day in the afternoon. Upon arriving and following proper social-distancing measures (Covid-19 context), he examined and explained the problem and offered alternatives. He also examined broken stove top within the same service charge and called me the next morning with detailed pricing of alternative solutions to the stove problem.
