First of all, Russ communicated well. I never had to wonder when/what date/what time. He appeared to be meticulous and caring about the quality of his work, and ensured he took extra efforts to deal with any unusual issues. The house has unusual slope, not really visible to the eye. Russ reviewed the work after the first rainfall and found sitting water - he ensured he made the correcting adjustments to gutter slope and now the gutters all drain after rainfall.
