We needed a Home Inspection as a condition of closing our offer on our potential new home. Little did I know we were going to receive an intimate introduction to the house we made an offer on. PMA Home Inspection has nice website (embarrassed that I used that as a factor but I didn’t know where to start and theirs was really the nicest! lol), and responded quickly. We set an inspection the next day and meeting them at the property after they got started initially but my back up, but before I could have inquire, we went back on everything the looked at. Not only were we told the condition, but had a great conversation about what to look for in a home, the reasons for inspecting what they inspected, and open dialogue as to what to monitor in homes was second to none. I felt like we were given all the trade secrets and their willingness to divulge everything refreshing. I feel that I could be a home inspector now except I don’t have all the fancy gadgets and cameras and sensors needed to do the job right. All in all, I will leave it to the pros at PMA and would highly recommend them. We did get the house knowing the exact status of everything in-depth. May be a while until our next family home but have already recommended PMA to other satisfied friends. These gentlemen are class act.
