The OnBuild team were exceptional, start to finish! Owner Mike Walsh was helpful in planning and executing every aspect of this major reno, from the design, permits, the demolition, and the rebuild. He worked with exceptional trades, was responsive to every change we wanted to make as we went, and still came in at a budget that we anticipated and reflected excellent work. He communicated regularly and willingly, and all the work was done in the anticipated. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and very easy to deal with. Our reno is exactly what we wanted; our house is a showstopper! I recommend Mike and his team with absolute confidence.

From our initial meeting to the finished work, Brandyn and his co-workers were professional and demonstrated knowledge and experience in how they assessed and completed the job. The final project came in at the estimated price, and he even threw in a couple of extra small jobs for no additional cost! Despite having scheduling difficulties due to the pandemic, Brandyn stayed in regular contact (something I have found lacking in other, similar services), and completed the job in very reasonable time. We will definitely be using his service again!
