Mario was hired to upgrade my service at home. He provided me with a quote, to which I accepted. He asked for a 70% deposit. After he received payment, he did not complete the work, and he threatened to leave the job site if I did not give him additional money before he completed the work. I was left with no power in the house, and no HVAC heating during winter. He further threatened to make drastic decisions against me and my property, because I refused him additional work, that was not part of the original contract.
