This is the second time I used Marcotte Foundations to fix a foundation issue in my house. The first time was in September 2016 when we moved in. The second time was in April 2020 when we had water seepage in the basement. I contacted Dave and, as this was an emergency situation along with the prospect of heavy rain, he came to my house on the Easter Weekend and did the crack injection. There have been no issues since then. Despite the fact it was a long weekend, I felt that the cost of the repair was extremely fair. Also, upon my request, he has referred me to very knowledgeable colleagues of his as they relate to other household issues. In my preliminary dealings with them, they have also been very pleasant and professional. As a two-time user of his services, I highly recommend Marcotte Foundations (which is why he has such a high rating).
