Not only did Justin walk me through the process for covering (3 skim coats with drywall mudd, sanding, and painting) our stipple/popcorn ceiling (around 450 sqft) but he also walked me through the contract and everything was made clear. He was a true professional with all the equipment, covering the floors, use of scaffolding, and proper clean-up, etc. Not once did I feel like he was trying to get away with doing a poor job - he was genuinely interested in my happiness with the project to the point that he painted an extra coat (for a total of 4 coats) for me - free of charge. In the end, I now have an immaculately flat and perfect ceiling that I am so excited to come home to - and that will no doubt improve the value of our home! He was very friendly and flexible with our timeline, he gave me pointers on how I should paint my walls (as I was planning to do) and seemed genuinely interested in helping me where possible. He offered to leave the scaffolding for us to use when painting the walls which was tremendously helpful. He offered to skim coat over a small section of wall we have that has wood paneling for a very good price and did so in a timely manner before we were to officially move in. I will surely use his services in the future as he is the real deal!
