I was recommended to consider Angel Movers by the storage company I had contracted with. I did not regret following through with booking them for my move from home to storage. My initial contacts were with Anna and she maintained constant contact with me prior to and following the move to ensure I was kept up to date on arrival times, conditions of the contract and checking on my satisfaction following the move. Trevor and Steve arrived promptly on time and worked efficiently, completing the move from the house and to the storage in less than an hour and a half. They handled everything with care and did not waste any time. The only negative thing for me was having to pay for a minimum of 3 hours plus an hour of traveling time when my job didn’t require anything near that time. I understand that most companies are not interested in doing small jobs. Despite this I will definitely consider using them to transfer my contents from storage to my new location. Hi Brian, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your opinion of us with others, and also for sharing your thoughts regarding our minimum. It isn't that we don't like small jobs, it is that we cannot expect skilled professionals to come into work (to move people) and only get paid for 90 minutes. Our staff are paid a four hour minimum shift no matter how short their shift is. It is our responsibility to ensure we pay our staff properly. Also we can't maintain our moving service or standards if we hold trucks for a half day and only earn 1 hour work. Granted your move may take less time, but we all work hard to hopefully ensure that our service is worth it.
