They broke off one of the castors and it could not be replaced because it was an antique. The dining room chairs came back stained and had to go back and be re-done. The cedar chest came back missing the locking mechanism. It had a big hole in it and was un-replaceable. Coffee table came back with deep scatches and gouges. And the customer service was terrible.
