Our basement flooded during heavy rainfall in February. We called around few companies and they all made it sound like we needed to gut the whole basement. As for Sam, he wanted to make sure only things that needed replacement gets replaced to save costs. He explained his concerns (i.e molding being the biggest) and recommended vinyl flooring as it was waterproof. He was very knowledgeable and it was obvious to us that he has done many flood renovation. He was able to make our basement better than pre-flood condition in about a week. He is very detail oriented and keeps his work area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Sam for any type of handywork around the house.
