I called this company rather late in the day (suppertime) and was surprised to have someone answer, expecting an answering machine. I was even more surprised to hear that he was just finishing a job and could come by that evening. He came by and checked the pipes, explaining there was a small crack (my house is 99 yrs. old) and that he could just remove the damaged portion and replace it. He cut out a small section and was shocked, showing me how clogged the pipes were. He cleaned out the pipes and repaired the leak, even offering tips and suggestions on how to keep my pipes from getting to that state again. I'm lucky to have a mechanic I can trust and count on, and now I think I've found that in a plumber too. Thank You Neighbourhood Plumbing.
