Needed repairs and prevention for raccoons that did damage. Ray was extremely conscientious and took great care in doing the repairs and prevention measures. He did a very thorough examinations and gave us a list of what needed to be done for repairs, and then a list of highly recommended prevention measures, and then more optional ones. He also gave us a number of tips to prevent future problems with different wildlife. I can't say enough about how great it was dealing with Brilliex. They were the 3rd place we called when looking for a company. One told us they could come out in 4 days from then, one we left a message and they called us back later. Ray answered our call and came out the next day. We were thinking that we would need one company to handle the raccoons and another to do the repairs. Brilliex does both and so no need for multiple contractors. We were lucky that the raccoons did not get in so no nests or removal needed.
