Master bathroom toilet would keep backing up and not drain on till I used plunger on it, then it would work good for a few flushes and back up again, and plunge again, this just kept repeating. Then when I called Mr Rooter plumbing, and explained the problem to the service person, he decided to remove the toilet and run the scope or camera down the pipe where the toilet was removed and found the blockage in the first fitting or 90 elbow pointing down, removed the blockage with the scope and chased it down to the main line outside the house under the street, I got to watch this all happen on a iPad as he preformed the work. The service person flushed the line out at the same time, and also explained what he was doing as it happened. The company got someone out to the home to fix within hours, that same day. The amount I was charged was very reasonable. The service person cleaned things up good after each task done. I was very impressed as I’m a picky person. I would recommend this company anytime to anyone.
