Grand Building finished my basement on a newly built home. We couldnt be happier with the process and final results. Jason & Adam were with us every step of the way to make sure we were completely satisfied with every detail of the project. I couldnt recommend them enough and look forwarding to hiring them for other projects!

Gave these guys a deposit to paint our deck, but when we picked a color they informed us it would cost more since we are going with a semi solid. Would have been nice to know that from the get go but fine, we asked for a new quote but now they insisted we buy the paint and try it on the deck. Once we did that, they insisted on a picture of it. Once this was done they said since we took so long they wouldn't be able to do the project this year. Some heads up on that would have been nice, we were not aware that this might not get done or that we were under a deadline. They kept our deposit, didn't do the work and were extremely unprofessional in their communication with us. Highly recommend you stay away, these guys are a bunch of amateurs.

Work was well done, they were fast and thorough. Very happy with the final result, will use them again.
