Poor Home Quality and Worst Customer Service experience
The WORST experience I ever had. Poor quality of materials and workmanship. Received the house with many defects where in some of them this builder didn't follow neither the Ontario Building Code nor the manufacture specification which affects the health and safety. They rejected to repair many defects where some of them were on the PDI. Their employees (management and customer service staffs) will try to convince you that this is normal to accept the defects where sometimes wrong information could be given to you. And when a cash settlement was offered by the management, they offered peanuts which was less than one quotation of one item. I ended up resolving all my issues with Tarion after my house privacy and security were intimidated. In addition to taking advantage of my situation during the sales process because of which I lost lot of money. I wished to share the full story but it would need pages and I believe that what I wrote above is highlighting the majors!
