The job they told me that will take 1 day took 4 days, had to take four days off work just to deal with them, cost me time. Didn't show up on days he said he will be there, came late left early. I even gave them lunch, tips to his workers. One Saturday he was supposed to be here early, but showed up at 6PM. A person in my diner party felt sorry for him working in the dark and cold and made him a cheese tray. Screens were tight, it took the manufacturer 3 weeks to replace them after telling me that is the way they are suopposed to be. He was short an aluminium piece for the front and told me that was for ventilation before they had o come and replace it. They were sent to me by Home Depot, and Home Depot compensated me for the time lost. I never received a call after to see if everything was complete or satisfactory. Over all poor service and workmansip. UPDATE: 2 1/2 years later. Rain started to come inside pouring from the top of the patio door installed. I initiated a claim with Home Depot and the response from them and Jaso (owner of Ultima) responded very quickly. He discovered the original worker (who is no longer with him apparently) didn't finish the door properly at all, no bend in the aluminuium and no caulking at all. Years of water accumulating in the trough caused by this eventually rotted the frame and found it's way into the house. I must say, Jason was very quick, and efficiend, and corrected the problem. Disputing the original review is not valid it's all documented with pictures and time lines. However having dealt with Jason directly, I wouldn't hesitate to call him for more work in the future.

This is the second time I S.O.S'd Mayday in less than 2 years, and he came to the rescue once again in short notice. last time I called him was middle of the night. He treats your problems as if they are his own and the fee he charges, honestly is too low for what he has to deal with. On top of that he is a very nice person, personable, polite, and I am sure a very nice family man. I know in a another year or two I will be sending out another "Mayday" call so I have his card on the refrigerator door. He and his Service is 10+. Thanks Roy.
