Yevhen showed up the day after I contacted him. He knew what it was that was causing my fridge making this terrible sound, even before he opened it up to take a look at it. He was honest about what he could fix (the horrible noise), and what he could fix but it would probably break again (the ice maker - a known Samsung problem). Made it easy to decide to skip fixing the ice maker, and focus on the sound instead. And he was done in under and hour! Will definitely call him again if I have any appliance issues. Highly recommend.
