Our first experience with this company was a few years ago too install a new garage door opener and that when we met Greg for the first time. Very professional and just down to earth person that you can trust. Recently our door spring broke and again we called Greg, he was able to repair it promptly but we also decided to replace our door with a New Insulated model that we purchased through Greg as we just like dealing with him and the quality of his work. Our Garage door opener stopped working . I debated to just repair the broken gear myself , but decided to buy a new unit since it was getting old. Since it was winter I decided to call the Garage Door Depot to have Greg install. Within minutes of talking with him on the phone you get that feeling this guy is very professional, honest and trustworthy. When you meet him that what he is and more... . He quickly had this installed and that was with us chatting during it. After installation he took the time to show how to program and use the new model, cleaned up after and removed all debris. In the past I had to call another company for Garage Door issues and definitely not as professional service of what Greg provided. I highly recommend Greg for your garage door or opener services.
