Mark in Woodstock

We had JD Build install stone walkways going up both sides of our house, across the front, and down steps to the street. This work involved using 1' by 2' 1" stone on top of existing concrete walkways that may have been pretty old as the house was built in 1910. There were a lot of stone cuts and steps along the way. JD Build did do a great job and had some good design ideas. The work was done roughly on time and on budget. When changes to the original idea were made, Joseph was able to accommodate the requests. A year later, the walkways look good, get commented on, and feel extremely solid. Consequently, I have no problem recommending JD Build.

We had an energy audit done on our 1910 house to take the guesswork out of updating the insulation and related improvements. Now, our house is better sealed and insulated. It is more comfortable, draft free and the heat is even throughout. Plus, the gas bills are reasonable. Hey, and we may even get a rebate to help defray the costs of properly insulating every place we could reasonably get to such as the attic and crawl space.
