Pat and crew did an outstanding job in sanding and staining our hardwood floors. The floors were over 30 years old and really needed a facelift. The refinished floors exceeded all our expectations. Pat was very attentive. The work was completed on time and on budget. All our friends and family think we got new floors. i would highly recommend Rosebank Hardwood Flooring.

I hired Gord from Perlan kitchens to renovate my basement. I was looking to convert my basement into a rental unit so I needed a kitchen, updated bathroom and living room. Gord made some great recommendations to complete the work. All the work was done as promised. I now have a new kitchen with beautiful cabinets and quartz countertop, new flooring, a completely new bathroom and bright new drywall in place of the existing paneling. The place looks fantastic.
