The company's unreliable. At least twice this winter they didn't come to clean the snow (the promise was that the snow will be cleaned before rush hour if more than 3cm is on the ground). It's impossible to reach them, as their voice mailbox is full and they're not answering the phone. The contract also says "guaranteed call back within 10 minutes" (the last time he called back was 1.5 months ago). Save you money
