I called on a Thursday, left a message. Received a call back within a few hours. A time was established for the work and although unable to come, called to say he would not be able to arrive as expected. A new time was set and Steve arrived as promised and the work was perfectly executed within an hour. Such a relief to have this ongoing problem corrected. So pleased.
