We had a closet with two rods- one in front of the other. It was difficult to access the clothes in the back and was probably just to rotate seasons. We rearranged the rods and added a bank of drawers. It is small walk in closet now! It is easy to see all of the clothes and is much more functional and pretty too. The rods are heavy duty and adjusted to the sloping roof of the house (one higher, one shorter). Great use of the space.
