Patrick was amazing. Firstly he arrived at my condo exactly when promised. Secondly, before entry into my condo he put on booties over his shoes. I thought that this was very nice. Patrick diagnosed the problem with my heat pump within minutes. Unfortunately, in order to fix it he had to remove and take it back to his shop for repair. He had it fixed exactly when promised and returned it working perfectly. I will only use Macleod Air for all my heat pump issues
