This builder couldn't build a house that last longer than a car. Had an issue in my garage ( mold) removed insulation and drywall then found a deteriorating wall. The concrete which is only only 7 years old looks like its been here for 40 years. Crumpling and breaking away in the garage and the front steps. Now the front entrance pillar brick is falling off due to water getting in behind and i have no idea where its coming from. This builder is fine for one year then turn there back and walk away. Not there problem.
