I had a dishwasher and a washing machine break down on two separate occasions. Edward responded promptly and came to fix the appliances on the same day that I called. I was not looking to replace the appliances and had them both fixed. Edward did a very good job, both of my appliances are working very well. He was very knowledgeable and professional about the needed repair for the appliances. He identified the problems right away and took the time to explain them to me. My dishwasher required replacements parts, which came in reasonably fast, and my washing machine was fixed on the same day. Overall, very happy with Edward's work.
